Wonderful small and exceptionally clean hotel, incredibly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast options with better selections and croissants, for instance. Unbeatable and comfortable location, in front of a bus stop. Excellent restaurant within a close distance from the venue

Room was clean, bathroom was new, close to the subway station and city centre. Overall, a nice place to stay.
Room was a bit small, very basic breakfast

The English breakfast with croissants and fruit, for example. What an incredibly comfortable and handy location in the center of London! Again, walking distance to an Anglican church.

Location, wi-fi
I did not like anything in the hotel except above. The room for four was smaller than it should be for two persons. I saw the tiniest bathroom ever in my life.

The only thing is the location of the hotel isn't far away from the Victoria train station and underground but there are many hotels that much nearer than Lodos hotel.
The thing on the web site didn't same as the real for example there was no coffee and tea maker in the room but the website wrote that they had.

The hotel is in a good location, it's 5 minutes walking to victoria station and just infront there are a poiny of bycicles that you can hire, the hotel is clean, the staff very kind and the location is very good. I'm very happy with this hotel i'll recommend to everybody :)
You have to pay 3£ extra if you pay by credit card.

The location was fairly central and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. The staff were pleasant.
The room was very very dirty. Skirting boards, walls and surfaces didn't appear to have even received a basic wipe. The bathroom was fairly clean. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the "wardrobe" was falling apart, the doors hanging off. The staff were pleasant but their English was somewhat poor.

Fantastic location with easy access to two underground stations, including Victoria. The small balcony in the room provided a nice spot for fresh air and helped keep the space cooler in the heat, a bonus.
Rooms can feel cramped due to their L-shape design, especially the shower and sink areas. Some noise can creep in from the breakfast room and nearby reception, particularly in the morning when activity ramps up. The wifi can be unreliable during peak times, and breakfast options lacked variety, with stale bread and limited selection.

The location offered was perfectly comfortable and handy just next door to restaurants on the way to Victoria station, Tate Modern and Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street and Camden Market. The room was functional and compact, had common bathroom.

Our room was recently refurbished which left it fresh and clean, and had every convenience eg hairdryer, tea/coffee. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was always a nice welcome on entering the building.
The stairs and corridors were in need of upgrading but signs stated that work was in progress so I expect this would make a huge improvement to the overall standard of the building.

We were thrilled to find a cozy place with a nice little tea and coffee station in our room. A lovely shower that felt like a spa treat after a long day. The hotel also has a great rooftop spot to unwind and a relaxing lounge area for some downtime. The only hiccup was the TV being a bit out of tune, but it didn’t bother us much since we were too tired to watch anyway. 😊

Very helpful and polite staff. Safe and locked main entrance on evening and nights We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. Very close to Victoria Train/bus/tube station. Good price
4 floors to go to room with narrow stairs to get there is not easy with a luggage.

The hotel had a great location close to Victoria Station and offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms. The room was quite small and the breakfast was basic. Noise from the street could be bothersome at times, but the Wi-Fi worked well.
